I'm giving this product a high score due to the customer care the tool itself worked excellent for chopping down brambles I can't really say I've used it for anything else yet. the motor runs well however as mentioned in other reviews the tools can be difficult to assemble and stiff and the tightening nut has a short bolt section so make sure not to lose it. I managed to break the shield on the first outing but one phone call later and a new one arrived the day after no problem. I can't really say the many add ons are good or bad as I have not used them yet . But overall I'm happy with my purchase

Easy to put together

Exactly as described - good solid garden tool. Robust and hardwearing. Easy to put together, easy to clip into harness, and great to have the chainsaw itself at more than an arms length away! Used to cut down a monster of a conifer hedge, and it has made very light work of the job.
